Sadia Anjum

Sadia is a seasoned higher education professional with over a decade of experience across Ontario’s post-secondary landscape. Specializing in career services and co-operative education, she has been dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, helping students and internationally trained professionals navigate the evolving Canadian labour market.

In addition to her professional practice, she is currently a PhD student in the Social Justice Education program at OISE, University of Toronto. Her doctoral research utilizes a Critical University Studies lens to examine the underrepresentation of racialized women in senior administrative roles within Canadian universities. Combining practical hiring expertise with a deep commitment to equity and institutional change, she provides a unique and holistic perspective on the contemporary "Employer’s Lens."
